Corriveau Contracting is a start-up, family-owned ornamental steel company that offers its products and services to both the commercial and residential sector.
The company faces many challenges in the areas of brand recognition and customer loyalty. Though CC has had a few repeat customers, business needs to grow in order for Corriveau Contracting to get further off the ground and be successful.
Corriveau Contracting serves to the residential sector by providing fence and security solutions (not surveillance) for homeowners and private businesses.
Corriveau Contracting specializes in wrought iron and other metal fencing such as aluminum and chain link, but can work with any other material such as wood or vinyl.
Beyond fencing and security, Corriveau Contracting also offers custom metal staircases and handrails.
This is an active, ongoing case study, expected to last until December 2025.

Corriveau Contracting hopes to achieve its goals of an increased brand awareness and growing customer base by advertising extensively and intentionally on social media channels such as Facebook and YouTube through both posts and ads; radio advertisements and newspaper advertisements; handyman and home services websites; word-of-mouth advertising, and Search Engine Optimization.
Homeowners and leasing companies, and small businesses looking for any repair or improvement would be targeted.
We would target these desired customers by demographics such as gender (we would primarily target males), age (25-65), income level, marital and familial status (fathers need fenced yards for their kiddos!) home or business ownership
